The 2019 OBRLNascar Kim Bowl Cup Senior Tour Series KC Masterpiece 400 night race at Kansas Speedway started with Josh Robinson capturing the pole and Dwayne McArthur recording the fastest lap of the race. Dwayne McArthur gained 22 spots to win the Hard Charger Award. The race produced many close battles for position through the field with many position changes. Thomas Ogle led 69 laps, with Joel Kilburn going on to take the win. This week the drivers showed good race-craft, which resulted in 3 cautions with 21 lead changes and there were no disqualifications with 3 disconnects in a 25 car field ending with Joel Kilburn capturing his 2nd win of the season with Thomas Ogle finishing 2nd, Dwayne McArthur 3rd and Peter Norquay capturing 4th.
This week the OBRL Nascar Kim Bowl Cup Senior Tour Series has the week off with the current playoff leader Joel Kilburn looking for ways to maintain his lead in the Series.
The question is … can he hold off the charging Old Bastards?
