The OBRL iRacer’s Lounge Podcast ARCA Series Lakes Region 200 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway started with Professional Podcaster Greg Hecktus capturing the pole and recording the fastest lap of the race. Bud Clonch gained 30 spots for the most positions gained bonus. The race produced many close battles for position through the field with many position changes. Eddie Jones led 44 laps, with Greg Hecktus going on take the win. This week the drivers displayed poor race-craft, resulting in 8 cautions with 11 lead changes, as there were 10 disqualifications with 7 disconnects in a 40 car field ending with Greg Hecktus capturing his 1st win of the season with Eddie Jones finishing 2nd, Josh Mayeu 3rd and Chris Monroe in 4th.
This week the OBRL iRacer’s Lounge Podcast ARCA Series moves to the Alsco 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway with the current points leader Bud Clonch looking for ways to maintain his lead in the series.
The question is … can he hold off the charging Old Bastards?
We shall see when the green flag drops at 9:10 pm Eastern time.
