The ARCA race at Michigan Int’l Speedway started with Steven Thomson capturing the pole and recording the fastest lap of the race. The race produced many close battles for position through the field with many position changes. Steven Thomson dominated the race by leading the most laps with 97, going on to capture the win. This week the drivers were less aggressive, displaying good communication, which resulted in no cautions with 3 lead changes as there were no disqualifications and no disconnects in a 12 car field ending with Steven Thomson capturing his 6th win of the season with Mike Schrader finishing 2nd, John Hastings 3rd and Kent Connolly 4th
