The OBRL Seat Time Grand ARCA Series Whelen 200 race at ISM Raceway started with Dwayne McArthur on the pole and Paul House setting the fastest lap of the race. George Ballance Jr. gained 11 spots for the most positions gained bonus. The race produced many close battles for position through the field with many position changes. Michael Moorley led the most laps with 43, going on to take the win. This week the drivers showed good race-craft, which resulted in 2 cautions with 10 lead changes and there were 2 disqualifications and 2 disconnects in a 27 car field The race ended with Michael Moorley capturing his 1st win of the season, with Paul House taking 2nd, Mike Schrader in 3rd and Kent Connolly nabbing 4th.
This week the OBRL Seat Time Grand ARCA Series Chase Playoff Finals move to the Ford EcoBoost 300 race at Homestead-Miami Speedway with the current playoff leader Paul House looking to maintain the lead in the Chase.
The question is … can he hold off the charging Old Bastards?
We shall see when the green flag drops at 11:40 am Eastern time.
