The OBRL Go Creative TV Truck Series Toyota Care 250 night race at Richmond started with Dan Berghoff capturing the pole and Dwayne McArthur setting the fastest lap of the race. Zack Calloway gained 23 spots to win the Hard Charger Award. The race produced many close battles for position through the field with many position changes. Dwayne McArthur led 102 laps, going on to capture the win. This week the drivers showed good race-craft, which resulted in 5 cautions with 3 lead changes and there were 4 disqualifications and 4 disconnects in a 30 truck field. The race ended with Dwayne McArthur capturing his 2nd win of the season with Eddie Jones finishing 2nd, Ed Adams nabbing 3rd and John Held finishing 4th.
This week the OBRL Go Creative TV Truck Series is at the Drive 4 Clots 300 night race at Auto Club Speedway with the current points leader John Held looking to maintain the lead in the series. The question is … can he hold off the charging Old Bastards?
We shall see when the green flag drops at 9:05 pm Eastern time.
