The OBRL 12 Week Seat Time Racing School Grand National Series Hisense 200 race at Dover Int’l Speedway started with Kenny Kulikowski on the pole and Joel Kilburn setting the fastest lap of the race. Sean Beyer gained 13 spots for the most positions gained bonus. The race produced many close battles for position through the field with many position changes. Dwayne McArthur led the most laps with 85, going on to take the win. This week the drivers showed good race-craft, which resulted in 1 caution with 6 lead changes and there were no disqualifications and no disconnects in a 20 car field. The race ended with Dwayne McArthur capturing his 1st win of the season, with Joel Kilburn taking 2nd, Kenney Kulikowski 3rd and Kent Connolly nabbing 4th.
This week the OBRL Seat Time Racing School GN Series 2nd round of the Playoffs is at the My Bariatric Solutions 300 race at Texas Motor Speedway with the current leader Dwayne McArthur looking for ways to maintain his lead in the Series.
The question is … can he hold off the charging Old Bastards?
We shall see when the green flag drops at 11:40 am Eastern time.
In the OBRL Seat Time Racing School GN Series points championship, 16 drivers are still in the running and 8 will be eliminated.
The Texas race will be intense, and expect to see close battles all over the track.
