The iRacer’s Lounge Podcast ARCA Series Sports Clips/VFW 200 at Southern Nat’l Motorsports Park started with Kevin Pearson capturing the pole and Joel Kilburn recording the fastest lap of the race. Mike May gained 20 spots for the most positions gained bonus. The race produced many close battles for position through the field with many position changes. Joel Kilburn led 109 laps, with Kevin Pearson going on take the win. This week the drivers displayed poor race-craft, resulting in 12 cautions with 6 lead change as there were 5 disqualifications with 4 disconnects in a 29 car field ending with Kevin Pearson capturing his 1st win of the season with Joel Kilburn finishing 2nd, Chris Monroe 3rd and Mike May in 4th
This week the iRacer’s Lounge Podcast ARCA Series is at the Boyd Gaming 300 race at Irwindale Speedway with the current points leader Chris Monroe looking for ways to maintain his lead in the series. The question is … can he hold off the charging Old Bastards?
