James’ first NASCAR race in person was the ’79 Southern 500. Being from NC originally he went to many May races at Charlotte Motor Speedway during the 80s & 90s.

After his 4 years in the Marine Corps James moved south. First to Charleston, SC then on to Savannah, GA.

James has been a DJ for over 20 years and is always working the weekends. Due to weekend availability James tends to focus on the Trucks but he also runs ARCA when he can and may start racing Xfinity when he can as well.
