The OBRL Go Creative Streaming TV Truck Series Chevy Silverado 250 road race at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park started with Ray Smith capturing the pole and Hollis VanderLoon setting the fastest lap of the race. Thomas Ogle gained 8 spots to win the Hard Charger Award. The race produced many close battles for position through the field with many position changes. Eddie Jones led 39 laps, going on to capture the win. This week the drivers showed good race-craft, which resulted in no cautions with 2 lead changes and there was no disqualifications and 3 disconnects in a 18 truck field. The race ended with Eddie Jones capturing his 1st win of the season with Chris Monroe finishing 2nd, Hollis VanderLoon nabbing 3rd and Joel Kilburn finishing 4th.
This week the OBRL Go Creative Streaming TV Truck Series Playoffs Finals is at the Boyd Gaming 300 race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway where Ed Adams, Eddie Jones, Chris Monroe and Jim Westerfield battle it out for the Championship.
The Las Vegas race will be intense, and expect to see close battles all over the track.
