The OBRL Ailogs ARCA Series Boyd Gaming 300 race at Irwindale Speedway started with Jason Swann capturing the pole and Chris Scales recording the fastest lap of the race. Chris Scales gained 13 spots to win the Hard Charger Award. The race produced many close battles for position through the field with many position changes. Ken Schulz led 32 laps, with Joel Kilburn going on take the win. This week the drivers displayed good race-craft, resulting in 5 cautions with 11 lead changes, as there were 2 disqualifications with no disconnects in a 20 car field ending with Joel Kilburn capturing his 1st win of the season with Jason Swann finishing 2nd, Dave Hartman 3rd and Chris Scales in 4th.

This week the OBRL Ailogs ARCA Series moves to the Zippo 200 @ the Glen road race at Watkins Glen with the current points leader Chris Monroe looking for ways to maintain his lead in the series. The question is … can he hold off the charging Old Bastards?

We shall see when the green flag drops at 9:10 pm Eastern time.

In the OBRL Ailogs ARCA Series points standings, Jason Swann 2nd, Kevin Pearson in 3rd, Mike Schrader 4th and Eddie Jones in 5th.

The Watkins Glen road race will be intense, and expect to see close battles all over the track.
