The OBRL 12 Week Seat Time Racing School GN Series Drive 4 Clots 300 race at Auto Club Speedway started with L Bryce Whitson Jr. on the pole and setting the fastest lap of the race. John Hastings gained 20 spots for the most positions gained bonus. The race produced many close battles for position through the field with many position changes. L Bryce Whitson Jr. led the most laps with 58, going on to take the win. This week the drivers showed good race-craft, which resulted in no cautions with 12 lead changes and there were no disqualifications and no disconnects in a 27 car field The race ended with L Bryce Whitson Jr. capturing his 1st win of the season, with Michael Moorley taking 2nd, Josh Mayeu in 3rd and John Hastings nabbing 4th.
This week the OBRL 12 Week Seat Time Racing School GN Series moves to the Rinnai 250 race at Atlanta Motor Speedway with the current leader L Bryce Whitson Jr. looking for ways to maintain his lead in the Series. The question is … can he hold off the charging Old Bastards?
We shall see when the green flag drops at 11:40 am Eastern time.
