The Nascar Camping World Truck Milwaukee Mile 200 race at The Milwaukee Mile started with and Steven Thomson Driver of the No. 67 Ride TV Racing Tundra capturing the pole setting the fastest lap of the race. John Hastings gained 7 spots for the most positions gained bonus. The race produced many close battles for position through the field with many position changes. Steven Thomson controlled the race by leading 48 laps, going on to capture the win. This week the drivers showed good communication, which resulted in no cautions with 6 lead changes and there were no disqualifications and no disconnects in a 15 truck field. The race ended with Steven Thomson capturing his 4th win and 3rd in row of the season with Mike Schrader finishing 2nd, Jeffery Merck nabbing 3rd and Bob Wells finishing 4th.
This week the Truck Series moves to a night race for the US Cellular 250 at Iowa Speedway with the current points leader Steven Thomson Driver of the #67 Ride TV Racing Tundra looking to maintain the lead in the series. The question is … can he hold off the charging Old Bastards?
