The 2019 OBRL Nascar Senior Tour Seat Time Racing School Grand Nationals Spark Energy 300 race at Talladega SuperSpeedway started with Mike Schrader on the pole and Peter Norquay setting the fastest lap of the race. Bobby McCormick gained 27 spots to win the Hard Charger Award. The race produced many close battles for position through the field with many position changes. Bobby McCormick led 21 laps, going on to take the win. This week the drivers showed good race-craft, which resulted in 2 cautions with 22 lead change and there were no disqualifications and 5 disconnects in a 34 car field. The race ended with Bobby McCormick capturing his 1st win of the season, with Kent Connolly taking 2nd, Bill Benedict 3rd and Hollis Vanderloon nabbing 4th.

This week the OBRL Seat Time Racing School Grand Nationals moves to the One Main Financial 200 race at Dover Int’l Speedway with the current leader Mike Schrader looking for ways to maintain his lead in the Series. The question is … can he hold off the charging Old Bastards?

We shall see when the green flag drops at 11:40 am Eastern time.

In the OBRL Seat Time Racing School Grand Nationals Series points standings, Joel Kilburn 2nd, Dwayne McArthur in 3rd, Kent Connolly 4th and Josh Mayeu in 5th.
