The OBRL Keener Farms Truck Series Myrtle Beach 250 race at Myrtle Beach Speedway started with Kevin Rupert capturing the pole and Thomas Ogle setting the fastest lap of the race. Robert Rogerson gained 15 spots for the most positions gained bonus. The race produced many close battles for position through the field with many position changes. Thomas Ogle led the most laps with 50, with Dwayne McArthur going on to capture the win. This week the drivers showed poor race-craft, which resulted in 6 cautions with 7 lead changes and there were 3 disqualifications and 3 disconnects in a 25 truck field. The race ended with Dwayne McArthur capturing his 1st win of the season with Kevin Rupert finishing 2nd, Thomas Ogle nabbing 3rd and Vernon Margheim finishing 4th.

This week the OBRL Keener Farms Truck Series Chase Playoffs finals will be at the Great Clips 200 race at Atlanta Motor Speedway with the current points leader Dwayne McArthur looking to maintain the lead in the series. The question is … can he hold off the charging Old Bastards?

We shall see when the green flag drops at 9:05 pm Eastern time.
