The OBRL iRacer’s Lounge Podcast National Series Dollar general 300 at Chicagoland Speedway started with Steve Brown capturing the pole and recording the fastest lap of the race. Jason Swann gained 32 spots for the most positions gained bonus. The race produced many close battles for position through the field with many position changes. Steve Brown led 39 laps, with Robert Vining going on take the win. This week the drivers displayed good race-craft, resulting in 5 cautions with 15 lead change as there were 5 disqualifications with 7 disconnects in a 39 car field ending with Robert Vining capturing his 1st win of the season with Jason “Swannie” Swann finishing 2nd, John Held 3rd and Niels Clyde in 4th
This week the OBRL iRacer’s Lounge Podcast ARCA Series Chase Playoffs begin at the Zombie Auto 150 at Bristol Motor Speedway with the current points leader Joel Kilburn looking for ways to maintain his lead in the series. The question is … can he hold off the charging Old Bastards?
