The Truck US Cellular 250 night race at Iowa Speedway started with and Trey Eidson capturing the pole and Steven Thomson Driver of the #67 Ride TV Racing Tundra setting the fastest lap of the race. Ted Quincel #84 Navy Sponsored Nascar Camping World Truck gained 17 spots for the most positions gained bonus. The race produced many close battles for position through the field with many position changes. Trey Eidson dominated the race by leading 111 laps, going on to capture the win. This week the drivers showed good communication, which resulted in 3 cautions with 4 lead changes and there were no disqualifications and 6 disconnects in a 21 truck field. The race ended with Trey Eidson capturing his 1st win of the season with Steven Thomson Driver of the #67 Ride TV Racing Tundra finishing 2nd, Bob Wells Driver of the #38 nabbing 3rd and Mike Schrader #4 Busch Beer Sponsored Toyota finishing 4th.

This week the Truck Series moves to a the Menards 250 at Michigan Int’l Speedway with the current points leader Steven Thomson Driver of the #67 Ride TV Racing Tundra looking to maintain the lead in the series. The question is … can he hold off the charging Old Bastards?
We shall see when the green flag drops at 9:05 pm Eastern time.

In the Truck Series points championship Bruce Pearson is 2nd, Bob Wells 3rd, Mike Schrader 4th and Jeffery Merck Driver of the Notre Dame #6 in 5th.
